Our Project Manager is certified in Energy Efficient Cool Roof systems, and has been applying specialty roof systems since 1994.  Our standard roof system includes an energy efficient, water proof system that can reflect over 90% of sun’s heat away from the roof.  

 

That equates to significant energy savings when cooling your new home.  We are also certified in custom concrete staining, and can use it in a variety of applications.

 

We are involved on almost all stages of our construction process, and unlike most builders we actually are “building” your custom home.  

 

We use custom, decorative tile and stone floors, countertops, and accents.   We have great relationships with local vendors going back to the days of our beginnings, that will help you get the very best in products and services such as custom cabinets and the newest trends in materials for counter tops, backsplashes, and floors.  

 

We offer 1 year warranty with an inspection at 10 months to ensure nothing has been missed that needs attention, before the warranty expires.  

 

Our  roof systems start off with a 10 year warranty and up to a 20 year warranty.  We have suppliers on both sides of the border as well as far away to help us give your custom home, the unique look you're after.
